I have excellent communication skills, which I obtained through my past and current work experiences as a freelancing artist and retail worker. I am very patient with people and always use a open dialogue approach when communicating. My communication skills also translate to my efficient teamwork and leadership skills; where I use open body language and actively listen to others. I have worked as a team member and leader in both professional and educational fields. Additionally, I am able to communicate in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, which gives me an advantage to assist diverse groups of people.
Moreover, I am able to use different digital tools, and software systems, such as; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, photoshop, web/business card designing sites, video editing apps/websites, Microsoft word, excel, google docs, and PowerPoint.
Some, other strong skills I inhibit are; organization skills, multitasking skills, problem solving skills, and project management skills. These skill sets are a result of my professional and educational experiences; where I have either acquired, displayed, or built on these skills.
Some of my interests are; reading/writing poetry, makeup artistry, painting, history, business, world of social media, and knowledge about different religions and cultures.
My main talents are, creativity and critical thinking; I like to be innovative and use different approaches in my work whenever possible or useful. I have an artist background, since a young age I have been designing clothes on sketchbooks, painting, and doing makeup. I have stayed in touch with my creative side and always try to manifest it onto aspects of my professional life.
