My overarching career goal is to be an expert in either the Human Resources or Marketing field. In order to achieve this goal I will continuously keep learning in order to grow and advance to top positions in my chosen career path.
My specific career goals:
- I will expand my networking skills and scope, to obtain knowledge from different people which I can use in my career.
- I will work towards a Manager position in my chosen career path, because I enjoy the responsibility of being a leader, and understand the importance of teamwork.
- I look forward to bring innovation and creativity from my artistry background to my chosen career path.
- I also look forward to sharing my past retail experience and knowledge with my future work colleagues; I hope to use my past knowledge in formulating training programs.
